Manual Physical Therapist

We are seeking two physical therapist team members to join our growing staff—one opportunity in Downtown Milwaukee and one in Pewaukee. All experience levels are invited to apply; one or more years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Evaluate, plan, and execute treatment for patients with musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction.
- Use and continuously improve visual, manual, communication, and motivational skills.
- Deliver care focused on manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, pain science, and corrective exercise direction.
- Practice excellent customer service and value each patient’s choice in care.
- Develop referral relationships with patients, doctors, health professionals, and fitness professionals.
- Complete timely electronic documentation and follow payor compliance guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Wisconsin Physical Therapy License.
- Full-time availability preferred; 30+ hours per week will be considered.
- Confident, positive mindset and strong relationship-building skills.
- Manual therapy focus and dry needling skills are a plus.
- A desire to learn is valued—we will facilitate training and continuing education.
